Challenge

The nature of The Building Group's business is that a large number of small tasks come up every day. This is in conjunction to larger projects that require formal project management tracking. Property management is essentially a services businesses with a typically high amount of client turnover. Meeting client needs quickly and efficiently is critical in maintaining their current client base. And each client's properties can have hundreds of requests per day. Delegation of tasks is critical since The Building Group has a mobile workforce that is constantly visiting properties.

Solution

The Building Group selected Manymoon due to the ease of adoption: all types of people in the organization from upper management to investigators can use it. The Building Group now creates one project per property that is managed. Each property has a group of people involved in it. The Building Group feeds tasks, documents and links specific to this property into the project and they're automatically shared with all members. Anyone involved in that property can quickly add items to the project, view status, start a conversation and delegate tasks. For larger items that must be accomplished for a property, The Building Group uses project milestones to group tasks by date. Anything that needs to be done for a property can be accessed in 1-2 clicks which makes Manymoon easy enough to use throughout the day. Manymoon reduced the amount of work instead of creating more. This was critical as previous applications required too much on-going work just to maintain.

Results

Manymoon has become a daily part of managing all necessary requests for each property. It is essentially the single dashboard used to manage all requests across properties. The Building Group is now able to increase the request volume for those that utilize the system by up to 20%. A portion of these requests would typically be lost in email or phone conversations.
